About Me

Breanne McTaggart is a skilled and experienced psychologist who is dedicated to helping individuals of all ages achieve their full potential. She received her Bachelor's of Arts (honour's) in psychology from the University of Calgary in 2007. She went on to earn a Master's of Science degree in School and Applied Child Psychology from the University of Calgary in 2010. Since then, she has been registered as a psychologist in Alberta, completing psychoeducational assessments for both rural and urban school divisions and in private practice. In addition to her work as a psychologist, Breanne has also worked as an instructor at the University of Calgary, where she has taught and supervised graduate students completing psychoeducational assessments. She has extensive experience working with a diverse range of populations, including preschoolers, school-aged children, adolescents, and adults. She is trained in completing comprehensive psychoeducational assessments to diagnose a range of conditions, including ADHD, Learning Disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disabilities, anxiety disorders, and mood disorders. Breanne is dedicated to her work and is constantly seeking ways to expand her knowledge and expertise. When she is not working, Breanne enjoys spending time outdoors camping, hiking, and kayaking with her husband, two children, and dog. She is an avid reader, who also enjoys gardening and photography, and her hobbies reflect her love of nature.
